So, here's a cheer going out to all my Louisiana Girls! I know Mardi Gras is a personal experience and no one understands it like people from Louisiana. Our friends Carmen and Brad bought Cade this outfit when they went on Vacation to LA recently and we have been saving it for this occasion.
