Football Season is here and with it comes additional family memories in Waco. To start the season out right, we went to the Homestead, ate lunch at Vitek's, shopped at Spice Village, visited Indy and Belle at the Bear pit, cheered on our Bears, and got a Common Grounds treat before driving home. Sic 'Em Bears!
11 days ago, Caelin started a new sport with Cross Country. They have practice daily starting at 6am, which means she must be out the door to the school by 5:40am. She enjoys running 5K's with Grampee, but her XC season will be mostly 2 mile courses, so she has to work on her speed. We are already so proud of her committment and determiniation to better herself. This afternoon was her first XC meet at Creekside Park Junior High. She finished strong and was 3rd for her school in 7th grade girls out of 22 runners. Keep up the good work precious girl!
