Happy 5th BD Bear!

Bear is always there to make us laugh, loves to snuggle, is a 65lb lap dog, and is always nearby if he thinks he can convince someone into a treat. He has not had an easy life with his syndrome and going blind, but he has the most loving heart and enjoys being around everyone. Even though he is blind, he makes the extra effort to come to the door when each of us get home from school/work...and he does it while smiling at us. He is simply the best baby we could have ever hoped for and we are so lucky to have our "Bear Bear".

So long 2021

2021 was a positive one for us.  Sure, we had our moments, but there is always sunshine after the clouds.  Our annual highlights remind us that we can conquer it all together.  We ended the new year celebrating with friends in the neighborhood.  We are giddy with high hopes for adventure and joy in the upcoming year.   

*We were blessed to travel to church camp, Hochatown, Oklahoma & Sandestin, Florida.

*Cade enjoyed competing in football  and has begun learning to play the bass in the school orchestra. He is most often found with a book in his hand or spending time outdoors with friends. 

*Caelin continued her love for soccer and has started horseback riding lessons.  In her free time she has found a love for writing short stories, drawing, or talking to friends.

*Bear continues to put up with all our craziness and can be seen smiling back at us.  He loves to sit by his treat jar and is always ready to snuggle.

*Charles and Stacy celebrated 17 years of marriage and 18 years each of serving in public education.
