Cade's GT presentation on Dinosaurs

Cade did a great job with his 1st grade GT presentation at the district level yesterday. He spoke well and I was impressed with his Google Slideshow, poster, binder of notes and board game! He received good feedback on how to improve for next year. Best part was he had his Nana, Gamee, AND Nonnie there! He is well loved for sure. We are so blessed that God gave us this handsome, smart and important little boy!

Happy Mother's Day

One of my greatest accomplishments is being a Mom.  I just love celebrating my Mom’s, and realize so many things now that I took for granted from my Mom.  It is hard to put into words what it means to be a Mom and the unconditional love that I feel for Cade/Caelin.  The Lord truly blessed me with 2 examples of beautiful Mom’s inside and out.  I pray that I can be half of the women they are with my own babies.  We celebrated at church this morning and then went to lunch at Hasta La Pasta.  I was spoiled with handmade gifts and some pampering at the spa.  Being a Mom may not always be smiles and smells of roses, but the journey is something that makes me a better person.  What a blessing Motherhood is!

Puppy Training Level 1 complete

So proud of our furry baby! After 6 weeks of training he has completed level 1. The kids are doing great with the training and we have a well behaved 4 month old (except for his fisty moments).

Happy 68th birthday to our beautiful Mom! She is such a strong example to us all of love, compassion and putting others first. We love you Mom/Nana!
