Fantasy Football

The time has come for the 2021 Fantasy Football season.  It only gets slightly competitive as 6 couples get ready to trash talk and go for the prize money each year.  Ha!  Tonight was draft night at the Kepp's.  We shall see what the season brings!

53 years

Today Nana and Papa have been married 53 years!  There life was a testimony for unconditional love and never giving up.  Because I had the privilege of seeing this example, I have a strong foundation and know that marriage can be tough, but it is worth it.  As a family, we have had some scary challenges with Mom’s health, but Daddy never wavered in caring for all 3 of his “queens”.  Never give up, and fight for your tribe above all else.  These last 6 years have been tough on Mom without Daddy, but I continue to be proud of the way she perseveres.  These pictures were all from 2014.  Happy Anniversary to one of the best love stories I know!

1st Patriots Game

Cade did fantastic at his first football game of the season.  He is playing starting center (snapper) and also backup left guard on offense and defense.  His personal goals are to be more accurate at shotgun snaps, use his hands more for blocks, and stay low to the ground when tackling this season.  Coach Bailey and all the other Coaches (Daddy included) were proud of the team efforts and it looks like it is going to be a great season!

First day of School!

This morning, we began our journey as 4th and 6th graders.  Man, that just seems so old!  Cade had to wake up at 5:30am as his bus will be coming at 6:14am this year.  He was excited to finish out his last year at Tomball Intermediate and is looking forward to meeting all of his new teachers and see who is in his class.  Caelin was able to sleep till 7:00am since her bus time will be 7:39am this year.  Caelin was also excited to start her last year at Decker Prairie Elementary, but a little nervous to see who was in her class.  The morning routines went smoothly and we even got pictures.  I prayed all day for them to have a great day, feel positive about their classes and meet new friends. We could not be happier when we saw them smiling as they got off the bus this afternoon.  It is going to be a great year!
