Jingle had a busy season of creativity and bringing us joy. Her shenanigans these last few weeks have included a snowball fight on the dining room table with friends, painting the kids noses red while they were sleeping (like Rudolph), doing some laundry in the laundry room, pretending to be a robber with Caelin's coin purse, wrapping the tennis shoes before school under the Christmas tree, ice fishing in our freezer, reading Luke chapter 2, hiding in the car for the trip to Round Rock, bringing sugar cookies for the family to decorate, bringing supplies to make reindeer food, and leaving her goodbye letters today since she flies home with Santa tonight. Jingle is one of our favorite parts of the holiday season because she continues to make us smile! Until next year Jingle, we will miss you silly girl!

Celebrating with Gamee and Grampee
Since we will be in Round Rock this year for Christmas, we celebrated tonight with them before we leave in the morning. We played some intense games of ring toss on the antlers and pictionary before opening gifts and having dessert. Of course the kids were spoiled with books they had wanted, framed art work, and handmade nutcrackers just for them. Cade also got a shadow box of all his memorabilia from the Bush 4141 train passing. We were also able to surprise Gamee and Grampee with a few presents ahead of time. The Google home hub may take a bit to get used to, but we all loved listening to their wedding tape we had converted for safe keeping (and now they can hear it). The tape was the original tape from May 14, 1976. We were so happy that it turned out so well and we have it preserved now. It has been such a season of celebrations.

Survivor season 39 is a wrap!
We were not able to watch it last night, so we had our family finale party tonight. After 3 consecutive wins, I turned the championship over to Caelin who had Tommy on her team. At least the girls still won, right? Caelin now gets the honor of selecting any restaurant for family dinner.

Jingle Update!
Oh my...Jingle has been busy the last 2 weeks or so. She is up to her typical shenanigans. She has been seen doing the following thus far: wrapping the toilet with Christmas paper, making smores, repelling for chocolate kisses, bringing cookies to decorate and deliver to neighbors while singing, replacing toilet paper with duct tape, growing a garden of candy canes, bringing supplies for family movie night, stuffing herself inside a jar so she can visit places with us, bringing a gingerbread house, refueling herself with coffee, a candy cane hunt around the house, creating a soccer game with marshmallow men, decorating the kids bedroom doors so they couldn't get out in the morning, and ziplining in a superhero costume across the house. We love to search for her each morning as she is sure to bring us smiles!
