BB loader...?

This came flying out of the cabinet at me. I turned and asked everyone who knew what it was. The kids responded with "not it". Charles looks at me like I should know what it is...so what do you think it is? A homemade BB gun loader, of course. I am not saying it isn't a good idea, but does the storage of this contraption need to be in the Tupperware cabinet?
