1st day of school

We officially have a Kindergarten student and a 2nd grader at Ehrhardt Elementary.  They endured all my pictures today and I was so happy that Gamee and Grampee were able to be there as well.  Gamee We took Cade to his class first and he walked right in and put up his backpack.  That was it!  Gamee and I had to slow him down long enough to get pictures with each of his teachers.  Caelin also did great.  I think knowing the teachers helped and she has been in private school for so many years that she was aware of the routine.  No tears were shed at first...but when Gamee started, so did Mommy.  It was hard to not have Daddy there, but we are so excited for his new adventure and his school year also!  Lord, We thank you for the beauty this morning and the blessings you have in store for us this school year.
