Corey and Laura's Wedding

We could not have been more excited to celebrate this weekend with Corey and Laura. Cade was looking forward to being a Ring Bearer and Caelin was over the top with love for getting to be a Flower Girl.  Gamee Grampee, and Aunt Lala did an amazing job decorating for the rehearsal dinner with the theme "My Story".  Charles made a video montage of the two of them growing up and dating to the song My Story by Brandi Carlisle.  The table decorations were beautifully done with vintage books, flowers, and clocks set to 6:05 symbolizing their wedding date, June 5th.  Everyone in the wedding party also got a vintage Reader's Digest book handmade that was hollowed out and filled with cookies, questions/answers by Corey and Laura about their story and a picture of the lovely couple.  Every detail was perfect including Laura's Harley Davidson bike outside decorated with paper flowers and Corey's guns.  After everyone finished the outdoor rehearsal, we gathered for drinks and burgers from LSA Burger company.  The burger company is the favorite place of Corey & Laura and one of the biggest hits was the parmesean fries. For dessert we had beautiful cookies made by Gamee in the shape of hearts, guns, and motorcycles as well as fancy rice crispie treats.  The wedding day was of course fast and furious as we decorated the barn with all the table decor & place settings, drink bar, sign in tables, cake tables, an arbor made by Grampee, and more!  We rushed home to get dressed around 3pm and be back for the ceremony at 5:30pm. The ceremony was outdoors by a beautiful lake and everyone did a great job with their tasks as Ring Bearer/Flower Girl.  It was fun to watch Corey's smile when he saw Laura walking down the aisle. After the ceremony, dinner and dancing continued at the reception until it was time for the happy couple to leave via a sparkler send off.  It was an event we will always remember and we could not be prouder for Uncle Corey to find his love!
