I still remember student teaching at Waco Montessori school when we received the news that terrorists had successfully attacked America. The twin towers had fallen, Pentagon in array, and the scenes on TV made it difficult to breathe. Today, we remember those whose lives were taken and we celebrate those who show up every day to serve others around our great nation. We are grateful for a weekend like this where we are able to enjoy Cade playing football, Bear making us laugh, the boys getting their first trip of the season to Waco, and a girls date night with crafts and a movie night (Cinderella).
