We were excited to hear that Kennybug had a soccer tournament very close to us this weekend. So, what do you do...make it a family weekend! Charles smoked a brisket 16 hours for Chris’s BD dinner on Friday night and I pulled together a dessert that was quite yummy. Between a few soccer games, we had cousin time, axe throwing, golfing, visited with Mama K, an EPIC hoverboard accident by yours truly (insert eye rolling), crawfish boil, fun with a wig (sorry Nana), fajita dinner and booked a family vacation this summer for Kingsland, TX in June. We were sad to wave them goodbye after a game on Sunday afternoon and the house feels way to quiet now. Less than a month till vacation time though!
