Work Squad returns!!

Looking forward to starting a new year for our team and serving the students in Klein.  Of course I made them participate in ridiculous games...because that is how you team build.  LOL. Megan won 1st place for second year in a row and was quite proud of her "athletic ability".  Bring on the 23-24 school year!

Sleepfest!

Friends are what get you through life.  These girls got me through some of the toughest years of my career.  They have all seen my tears and my frustration, yet kept me laughing while encouraging me along the way.  In times of struggle, I was there for them as well.  We have held hands, played pranks, and had many raw and honest talks.  They made me step into being a better leader and a more confident version of myself.  I can be 100% of my true self with them and never feel judged even if we have different beliefs.  I truly love them so much and pray Sleepfest continues forever.  Cheers to 15+ years of Sleepfest!

Carolina Creek

Another year of camp has come and gone!  Cade/Connor/Parker enjoyed their last year at Creek Camp and Caelin/Hayden enjoyed their last year at The Wild before moving to Creek Camp next year.  Each night this week I checked social media outlets to scan all the new photos in hopes of seeing our babies.  It filled our hearts to see the pictures below and be assured that they were learning about God, living life together and having fun! Although the house sure is quite without them here, but we are praising God for what he has done this week in them.  

Starting 21 years

We are grateful to be starting year 21 in public education.  I am looking forward to a new year as the Director of Behavior Supports in Klein ISD, and Charles is excited to start his journey at TIS as an Assistant Principal in Tomball ISD.  This year will be even more special as he has Caelin at his campus.  May this be a year full of personal and student growth.  23-24 school year here we come!
