Cade has truly excelled in Orchestra playing the bass for the last 2.5 years. I am impressed by his dedication to learn his craft and how he holds himself accountable. The winter concert was incredible this year with each orchestra playing Christmas tunes. My favorite was the finale when all orchestras played through 3 different songs (Canon in D, Silent Night, etc) while walking around the auditorium and playing. It was beautiful to see all types of instruments walking by while playing. The Bass players of course stayed at the front of the stage. During Silent Night, different sections of Orchestras trailed off until 1 violin soloist was left on stage. It was simply beautiful and a great way to showcase all the students talent. Cade has already said he wants to continue with Orchestra throughout High School, so I am excited to see where this journey takes him. Congrats Cade on a wonderful night and all your talent!
