SANTA

Tonight was our annual Santa visit.  It is a fun tradition because our cousin Andrew and Uncle Christopher/Aunt Heather always come too.  All kids were prepped all day for the event by Gamee.  Although we all know that you can never FULLY predict what your kids will do!  So, this year our total came to 2 crying kids.  Cade did great, sat on Santa's lap and asked for his "Rock 'em, Sock 'em Robots".  He also continued to smile while Caelin screamed on Santa's lap.  Caelin had started in the car saying, "NO Han-ta, I naughty!"  At least she understands the concept, right?  And we have learned you cannot force our Princess to do what she doesn't want to without a good battle.  So, as you can see...Caelin screamed and Cade smiled.  Andrew also did not prefer to be held by a weird old man with white hair.  So, 1 out of 3 is good odds, right?  After Santa, we attempted a cousin picture by an elf statue...you can see how well THAT went.  So, after all these failed attempts, we swallowed our pride and moved on to our picnic by the tree outside.  It was a fun evening outdoors playing with everyone and attempting pictures.  I am sure each year will get better, ha!
