Our butterfly adventure

The Blevins cousins/fam gave such a great gift for Caelin's BD!  She was so excited to get her very own painted lady butterfly kit. We loved growing them in all stages and watching the beauty God created. I am so amazed at the detail and miracle that happens throughout the process.  We also loved looking at the wings and the detail of design with colors. God truly is amazing. The look on her face when the first butterfly hatched was something I will never forget. Her wide eyes just starred in amazement with her mouth hanging open!  When all 4 had turned into butterflies, we fed them pieces of watermelon, grapes and sugar water for 2 days as instructed and then were ready to release them. On the day they were ready to be released, we happened to be in Round Rock.  It was even more special that we got to release them in Nana's backyard with Nana and Jax.  We loved how they flew straight to Daddy's (Papa) flowers called Bird of Paradise. What a great lesson and gift!
