This past week was an incredible week of family time. Of course it feels like a whirlwind at times, but when the dust settles, I am reminded of the beauty from the chaos. We are blessed to have these moments in time to store as core memories forever. Between baking yummy treats, dominoes, cards, PS4 games, and the usual holiday festivities...we tried to plan something fun each day. This included things like the candlelight service at church, searching for elves and Bingo at the Jingle House, fancy restaurants, Avatar in 4D, Peppermint Parkway and more. This year was extra fun as the grandkids had a larger musical selection as they played together with a Keyboard and several of Grandma Watts/Nana's guitars. Cade was elated to get his new James Avery Cross necklace and a new equalizer/cables for his guitars. Caelin seemed excited for her new high jump shoes, cross necklace and Marvel Action Figures. We loved watching their faces light up over the gifts and are blessed to be able to spoil them a little during this season. As we wrap up another season of CHRISTmas, we pray that we never lose sight of Luke 2 and how Jesus came for us. Thank you Jesus for the way you love us through our faults, give us moments of reflection, and provide for us daily as a family. What a JOY we have in Jesus!
