Thanksgiving was a relaxing one this year. We joined in with some friends to make cards for a local memory care facility. We all enjoyed making a card for Loretta, Caelin made her a bracelet, and then we prayed over her. We also finished up our thankful pumpkin and read all the things we are grateful for as a family. On Thanksgiving morning, Charles smoked a YUMMY turkey before we headed over to Gamee and Grampee's for a late lunch. All the traditional foods could be seen on the table. Bear got to enjoy one of the turkey legs so he was quite happy. The cousins could be seen playing while we watched the Dallas Cowboys and completed a puzzle (FINALLY) around 10:30pm. I guess we were too busy eating Gamee's amazing cheese grits that we did not get any family pictures, oops!
