Charles got an early Father's Day gift today!  He has had his eye on this motorcycle since he first sat on it in December.  The bike holds a lot of memories already as it is owned by one of Caelin's best friends family.  There is even a picture of baby Hayden on the bike with her Dad!  Still wearing its New York plates, the Thruxton hints at a past life, miles traveled, and the legacy it brings to its new home. Charles won’t just be riding a motorcycle—he’ll be continuing a story that began long before today, and adding his own adventures to a bike that already holds so many cherished memories. The 2013 Triumph Thruxton is powered by a 865cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine, delivering around 68 horsepower and 51 lb-ft of torque. While it pays tribute to the café racers of decades past, it comes with modern engineering like electronic fuel injection cleverly disguised as classic carburetors, and a responsive 5-speed transmission. Its low-slung handlebars, minimalist bullet seat, and wire-spoked wheels give it that unmistakable vintage racer look.
