Today we had a relaxing start to our first day of our Oregon and California adventures. We ate a good breakfast and then headed to the airport. Cade and I dropped off Charles/Caelin directly at airport so that Charles didn't have to navigate the shuttle from the park and ride. It was super easy and only took Cade and I about 15 minutes to drive and park the car. From there we had a wheelchair waiting at the airport and everything went smoothly going through security and at the gate. Even our connecting flight was easy to transfer and everyone was so helpful along the way. We landed in Eugene, OR around 6:30 p.m. After getting our rental car, we headed to drive through downtown and check in at the motel. The Timbers Inn is a cute little motel located in the heart of downtown Eugene. After a quick research for unique restaurants, we found the Bao Bao House. We ordered the handmade pork bao bao and chicken/cheese bao bao, spicy chicken dry noodle, beef broccoli and lo mein. Caelin ordered Thai tea which we all tried and enjoyed. Every single dish was fresh and delicious! After dinner, we made our way in the rain back to the motel for the evening. We are all looking forward to a great day tomorrow!
