Happy 4th of July

I always love holidays where we are surrounded by our American flag.  The red, white, and blue reminds me so much of those who have fought, lost their lives, and those still protecting our precious nation.  We have so many family members who have proudly served our country in various branches of the marines, army, navy, and air force.  I am proud to say I come from a heritage where this country stands for something worth fighting for.  We are truly the home of the free, because of the brave!

This year we had a very stress free July 4th.  We spent most of the morning playing with Caelin's new BD presents and enjoying time with Nana.  It was nice to just sit back and relax for the day.  The evening just got better as we joined both sides of the family in downtown Tomball for a celebration.  We enjoyed pony rides, petting zoo, snow cones, games, and of course fireworks.  It was a great time celebrating our dear nation and remembering those who serve us.  May God continue to bless America!
